That Bed Bath place scammed me pretty good a while back. No one answers their customer service number at any time day or night. They don't return voicemails. Eventually, I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back for unshipped items. If you do a Google search, you'll find lots of other people who've also been scammed by them.
